Our experienced attorneys and staff provide personal and legal assistance with the process of settling an estate after the death of a loved one and work closely with the family, executor(s), heirs, or beneficiaries with asset distribution.
In addition to representing clients as their attorneys, Stackpole & French also offers services such as serving in fiduciary roles such as an Administrator or Executor of an estate. We work closely with estate auctioneers for the sale of real and personal property, with realtors for the sale of real property, and with beneficiaries to distribute personal property. We work closely with accountants to ensure that estate tax filings are completed accurately and timely, and to ensure that tax considerations are comprehensively addressed.
