Erin Broe Swafford

Erin Broe Swafford rejoined Stackpole & French Law Offices in March of 2021 as a Paralegal in the Waterbury office. She was previously the Manager and Closing Coordinator of Vermont Fractional & Timeshare Transfer Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stackpole & French. 

Erin worked in the banking industry for nearly 15 years. Her responsibilities included lending, training, and directing teller line operations all while maintaining compliance with rules and regulations.  Erin has significant experience interacting with customers and clients and navigating various financial issues making her a valuable addition to the estate planning team at Stackpole & French. Erin’s experience in banking as well as Manager of VFTTC enable her to assist clients with Trust funding, real estate transfers, and corporate formations and transfers.

Erin’s time in the Army brought her to a few places, most notably the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in Monterey, California.  She grew up in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom and works out of the Waterbury office.
