Sande is a real estate paralegal and has been with the firm since 1976. She specializes in local and state land use and zoning permit issues including permit assessments and compliance issues. Sande works closely with attorneys, state department personnel, local zoning bodies, real estate agents, and engineers. Sande also performs substantial in-depth title research on complex real estate issues and title matters. From 1986 to 1995, Sande was a Vermont-licensed real estate broker and has gained an appreciable knowledge of area real estate issues.
