Sande Immediato

Senior Paralegal Sande Immediato has been with the firm since 1976. She works predominately in the areas of State land use permitting and municipal zoning, including the conducting of permit assessments and resolution of compliance issues. Sande works closely with attorneys, personnel of state agencies and departments, local zoning administrators and bodies, real estate agents, engineers, and surveyors. Sande regularly performs title research on complex real estate issues and title matters. From 1986 to 1995, Sande was a Vermont-licensed real estate broker. Sande has an Associate Degree from the Community College of Vermont, with majors in office and computer systems management and in Fine Arts.
